Cook up meals for the whole family at the campsite, with the practical and easy to use Eventemp Stove from Coleman.
This unit provides a large area for cooking and features three adjustable burners that have a combined output of 28,000 BTUs. The side shields protect the flames from the wind, and the matchless push-button ignition takes the stress out of lighting. It also features easy to clean removable heavy-duty copper nickel chrome plated grates, and an accessible cooktop which makes it a breeze to wipe down.
If you're after a practical and easy to clean stove that's big enough for the whole gang, the Eventemp Stove from Coleman ticks all the boxes for your next group weekend away.
Hi we have managed to misplace the grease drip tray and looking to replace it. Is this something we can order through you?
G'day Melinda,
Your best bet will be to get in touch with Coleman directly & see if they have anything on hand.
It's a non-uncommon for this part to be misplaced, in the short term or if you are unable to get your hands on a spare, alot of people have success making one out of an old can.
Hope that helps.
Hi team, I’m after a replacement side drip tray. Can I purchase one through you guys? Cheers Chris.
Hi there, I have this stove and wish to connect it to my caravan bayonet, is this possible? If so what bits do I need?
G'day Tim,
Its not possible, sorry! All Coleman stoves can only be used with their Coleman specific regulator arm, which supplies gas at a different rate to regulated bayonet systems, and therefor cannot by bypassed.
You cant run a gas appliance off a double-regulated gas supply. You just won't enough gas through.
As the Australian gas association standards have changed this year, unfortunately there's no camping stove we currently sell that can be legally and safely connected to bayonet systems at this present time. You'll need to find a stove that comes from the manufacturer with bayonet attachments, usually these can be found through a caravan retailer.
We are hoping that the standards around this shift back within the next year, at which stage we'd hopefully be able to provide you with different advice!
The surface around the burners that tend to catch lots of grease and oil, what material is it made of? Does it have a painted coating on it or anything? I had a Coleman hyper flame and used some degreaser on the same surface to break the oil up and it ruined the finish on the stove top permanently. It seemed to strip some kind of paint off of what seemed to be raw metal.
G'day Jaylen,
All Coleman stove tops are made of an aluminium plated steel. Its pretty handy to grab some paper towel for any excess oils and chunky stuff, but generally you shouldn't need to use anything more than warm soapy water/dish liquid for cleaning your camp stove.
Its not recommended to use any industrial cleaners or heavy acidic/alkaline oven-style cleaners.
I was given this stove but don’t have the hose. What do I need to get to be able to use this with a larger gas bottle.
G'day Claire,
You can find the replacement Coleman Stove hose here.
Hope that helps!
Can the Coleman folding oven be used with the Eventemp stove? If so, is it best placed on the side or centre burner?
G'day Karen,
Yes, it can. If you head to the Coleman Camp Oven product page you can see the images are taken in use on an Eventemp stove. You can use it over any of the burner option.
I have both and think it's brilliant if you want an easy oven option. I usually use mine for desserts and find no drama getting it to 180 degrees. Suggest getting a stone or similar to even up the heat.
Can you provide the in use dimensions including the regulator arm and drip tray?
G'day Ruben,
Maximum in use dimensions are 90cm wide, by 55cm deep....this is with the regulator arm set at the maximum point from the stove body, but this can be adjusted to reduce the overall depth distance, as it can be rotated.
Do the In use dimensions include the greased tray and regulator arm?
G'day Ruben,
No, the in-use dimensions don't include the regulator arm, and with the windshields down when using with the griddle and grease tray.
Whats the biggest size pan in CM that you can fit two of on the stove at once side by side? Eg. Will the stove accept two 25cm frying pans at once with the walls up?
G'day Warren,
Yes, you'll fit two 25cm frying pans of the stove with the wall up, as long as there are no tabs extra bits of width, or the walls of the frypan don't tapper out larger than that.
I have an Oztrail camp kitchen...central section acts as the stove stand. Will the regular, once tightened, collide with the top of one side of adjoining pantry cupboard or can it be positioned at a higher point?
G'day Rob,
I'm guessing you've got the Oztrail Camp Kitchen with Double Pantry? If so, then you won't have any troubles with the regulator arm as it will hang clear of the cupboard.
How do I set the burners to simmer? If I turn them down as soon as I let knob go the flame reverts to high. There is nothing in the instruction manual that speaks to this.
G'day Kerri,
We find with camping stoves that the flame can go lowish, but none of them are particularly good at simmering - including the Eventemp. They are basic in their flame control, unlike our stoves at home, which means slow cooking is not really a possibility for camping!
Just wondering if you sell a suitable cooker stand for this model?
G'day Alyce,
The Easy As Stove Stand is currently our most popular stove stand to fo with the 3 Burner Eventemp Stove
Can this be connected to a standard 8.5kg gas bottle. If so what do we need to purchase to do this? Thanks
G'day Cait,
The 3 Burner Eventemp Stove comes with a hose that will attach to a standard gas bottle with 3/8" BSP fitting (1-4kg). If you're wanting to use an 8.5/9kg bottle with a POL fitting then you'll need a POL to 3/8" BSP Straight Gas Cylinder Adapter.
I have had this cooker for over a year. Been used twice. have now noticed some rust in the grease cup and on the metal base under pot stand?
G'day Chad,
Sorry to hear you've got some rust on your stove, generally this is an indication that the stove has been put away slightly damp, or is being stored in a damp environment. However, if you believe that there are any manufacturing issues with the stove, you are welcome to submit a warranty claim on the site.
Is this product now superseded by the "Fyre" range? I was interested in getting this but can't find it anywhere (especially in NZ), but the reviews for the newer ones are poor.
G'day Shane,
Thanks for reaching out, it is a current model here in Australia, however Coleman New Zealand might not be continuing with it, which might be why you're having troubles. We also have the Fyre range here in Australia, they're slightly different and don't have the central rectangular-shaped burner. We don't ship to NZ, but if you've got friends/family here in Australia who could get one to you we think they're a pretty great unit.
Hi Team, Looking to buy one of these to use in my boat (to sit on the bait board). Does using the canisters cause the stove to tip easily?
G'day Chris,
I've checked out our display stock and the stove weighs nearly 9kgs and feels very solid. The canister weighs 453g and doesn't feel like it unbalances the stove. I hope this helps!
Wondering if there are other alternatives bags for this stove
G'day Vicki,
There's just the one bag available for the Eventemp Stove at this point in time, you can find it here.
Just wondering if the in use dimensions of 64cm long includes the wings at the side being down or not? Thanks
G'day Aoife,
The 64cm long is measured with the side windshields in the up position.
They are sold separately so I'm sure I understand why you'd need to buy separately unless it doesn't come with them?
G'day Rach,
The griddle and grease cup does come with the stove, it is sold separately for people with older models that didn't come with the plate, or for people who have lost or damaged their original plate.
bought a stove a stove just wondering if I need to purchase a larger bottle or stick with the smaller ones for a weekend away
G'day Travys,
If you're using all of the burners you'll most likely use around 30MJ/hour, which will use about 600g of gas per hour. If you're using the smaller canisters and using the stove to cook dinner and boil the kettle etc, we'd suggest taking at least 2 canisters, or a 1-2kg LPG bottle.
Do you sell the stand as seen in the pictures?Thankyou
G'day Karen,
Unfortunately, we don't sell that stand, as far as I know, that stand was a Coleman USA product that never made it's way downunder unfortunately.
Just wondering will the stove for on the oztrail kitchen Stand ? Think the question has been asked and answered it does . But the dims of the aluminium middle park of the stand specify that it’s 345mm deep . Will this stove sit over this part of the stand
G'day Ronan,
I'm guessing you're referring to previous references to the Oztrail Camp Kitchen with Double Pantry? If so, then yes we can confirm you can use the Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp stove on top of the middle section. The stove is a little deeper and a little wider than the shelf itself so yes it will overhang a little. Obviously it's up to you whether you want it to overhang or not, but we've given it a go and we think it feels pretty stable.
Is it non stick? If it is, are there any other hot plates that are cast iron and fit this stove?
G'day Bob,
The Hotplate on the 3 Burner Eventemp Stove is a non-stick lightweight aluminium. You could pair the cast iron 3 Burner Gas Cooker Plate with this stove however it won't cover the same area as the 3 burners, it will cover two and a half burners. Another option could be to look at the Hyperflame Fyreknight or Fyre Cadet stoves that have a specially designed cast iron griddle plate available separately.
Hi, does this come with the griddleand grease tray as shown in the picture?
G'day Al,
Yep! The Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove comes with the hot plate and grease trap. Check out the video on the product page as Dave goes into all inclusions at the beginning.
I was just wondering whether it would fit on a wanderer premium series instant drive stand?? https://www.bcf.com.au/p/wanderer-premium-series-instant-stove-stand/520334.html
G'day Melissa,
Thanks for your inquiry, however, I can't say for sure whether the Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove would fit as the dimensions listed are only estimates and we don't sell the Wanderer Stove Stand to physically test it for you.
Also, what sort of cooking is the middle jet used for
G'day Christine,
Are you referring to the small stovetop style aluminium oven? We don't currently sell these but they should suit the 3 Burner Eventempt stove. The central burner on this stove is designed to provide even temperature across the entire flat cooking plate when you're using this.
Cost for carry bag
G'day Andrew,
You can find the Carry Case for the Coleman Eventemp Stove here.
Would this be ok to use on a polyethylene camp table such as the Coleman 4 Foot? Not sure how hot these would get underneath?
G'day Joseph,
The Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove should be fine on top of a Polyethylene table. I've just spent the weekend away with a mate who used his on one of these tables and it was fine.
Can you turn the flame up and down to adjust the heat. The other stove I had was either off or incinerated everything I could not control the flame to simmer food
G'day Jason,
Yes, you can adjust the temperature on the Coleman 3 Burner Everntemp Stove. They are able to be adjusted down to a low enough temperature to simmer.
Hi Guys, I’ve had this unit for under a year but only use it when camping. I’ve noticed that the hot plate is warped/twisted. I know it’s not cast iron but expected a little better. What’s the warranty on these things or when can I buy something more robust that will fit?
G'day Glen,
The Eventemp stoves come with a 12-month warranty so if you'd like us to look into this for you send us an email with some pics of the hotplate to service@snowys.com.au and we'll get our warranties team to look into it for you. As far as an alternative goes, I've just tried the Campfire 3 Burner Hotplate on the Eventemp stove and it does fit ok, it's just a bit shallower than the included hotplate.
Just wondering if this will fit the Oztrail Camp Kitchen centre/middle table. How big is the stove's footprinbt? Will it sit on the table safely? Pls advise.
G'day GR,
The Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove will just fit on the middle table on the Oztrail Camp Kitchen with Double Pantry. It will be safest with the sides up as windshields but you should also be able to use it with the sides down and the drip tray fit for the plate.
Just wondering if the product comes with the carry bag - I can see it is able to be purchased separately but read somewhere its' included. I don't want to buy separate if it comes with it.
G'day Todd,
Sorry mate, you'll need to purchase the carry bag separately as these don't come supplied with one.
Hey, I purchased this stove a while back now I’m ready to use it for the next family get away. Quick question: I have a small 2.0kg Companion LPG Gas Cylinder, can the stove connect directly to the cylinder? Or does it need a regulator? Or do I need to purchase the propone Coleman canisters?
G'day Alex,
The Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove is supplied with a regulator and a hose, if you're running the stove from a 2kg Gas Cylinder then you'll just need to connect the regulator to the stove, then attach the hose to the regulator, and the hose to the bottle. You can purchase the propane canisters if you would like that flexibility too, they're often popular for
c
G'day Alistair,
I've just confirmed this with the supplier, and it looks like the Eventemp Stove is sitting on top of a stove stand in those images, so it doesn't come with legs. Hope this helps Alistair.
I have just ordered this burner, but was now wondering if the gas hose is supplied also, and how long is it ?
G'day Irene,
I've just double checked the owners manual on the Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove and the hose that comes with it is 150cm long.
In your photos there’s a stand shown. Can you recommend one for this cooker please?
G'day Jess,
Unfortunately, we're not able to get our hands on the stand that's shown in the photos of the Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove. The best stove stand I can suggest is the Zempire Stove Stand, it should do the job nicely for you.
Coleman 3 burner even temp stove
G'day Barb,
The Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove comes with a griddle/hot plate and grease cup as standard. So you won't need to buy one separately.
G'day Rob,
You sure can, we've got a few on our shop floor at the moment but we don't have them up online. You can either pop into our store or give us a buzz on 1300 914 007 and our customer service team will be able to help you out with getting a hotplate for your Coleman 3 Burner Eventemp Stove.
Do I need a regulator to use with a 4.5kgs propane bottle? Thanks
G'day Ed,
To connect a 4.5Kg or any LPG bottle to the stove you will need the gas hose that came with your stove for 3/8" BSP bottles, or you can purchase one separately to suit a POL bottle - these hoses do not have a regulator.
The EvenTemp stove comes with a regulator which is the funny looking silver elbow that screws into the side. This regulator facilitates the connection of any gas source connected to the EvenTemp stove. This means that the 4.5Kg LPG bottle with either a 3/8" BSP or POL fitting will connect to the gas hose followed by the included regulator which then screws into the side of the stove.
I hope that makes sense.
