I cant see why you would have issues - theis adapter connects a 3/8th bsp hose to a POL gas bottle.
The only consideration is that adding adapters, etc increases the points in the gas line where there can be leaks.
Make sure you're doing a sopay water test when you're hooking up the gas bottle to ensure you've got tight seals.

These connectors will need to be tightened with a spanner, so make sure they're adequately tightened first. If that doesn't solve the problem then check the O-ring on the end of your hose and see if that is in tact, that might be causing the issue.

The POL-3/8" BSP LH Straight adapter will do the trick to use your Zempire stove with a 9kg bottle. You don't need a regulator or anything else other than the adapter.
