The Falcon X-Treme 270 Awning (6-Arm) by 23ZERO goes above and beyond to throw shade – literally.
Owed to an effortless one-person set-up and pack-down process, with instructions included, you can bask in outback tranquility sooner. Aluminium hardware and tough polycotton canvas has it lightweight, sleek, and strong, with Light Suppression Technology (LST) reducing any visible light when all windows are closed. From searing sun to relentless rain, your shady setup spans to a total of 11.5 square metres of awning coverage and up to 25 square metres, with optional walls.
With forward-facing rafters for front vehicle shade, its 270-degree design also allows shelter behind your vehicle, ideal for rear kitchen setups for those balmy BBQs out the back. In wet and windy weather, make use of the tie-off points creating valleys for water run-off, four integrated telescopic poles for added stability amid gusts and gales, and a fully enveloping, laminated polyester transit cover with a self-repairing coil zip. Plus, light up those late-night cuppa times owing to built-in LED white and amber lighting.
The 23ZERO Falcon X-Treme 270 Freestanding Awning (6-Arm) is built for those round-the-back, outback escapes and backroad adventures!

are the walls able to be mounted indvidually and are the walls connect by velcro or zips to each other and the awning gutter
G'day Jake,
We recommend you go to the wall kit product page and watch our run through video which explains the attachment and all the features.
It comes in a set of 3, each can be mounted individually, and they're connected via zipper.
Hi would this work with the panther 2000 rooftop tent?
G'day Shane,
Theoretially it will work, but it will depend on your roofracks, and the width you have available. The Panther 200 is designed to be opened to the side, so your ladder will be on the driver side of the vehicle, away from the awning side.
We are interested in understanding how well this awning covers the rear opening door on our pod camper. We are after lengths of the last 2 arms and the angle between them when the awning is fully extended
G'day Robert,
The awning arms are approximately 2m long, and you get about 1.8m of coverage off the back of your vehicle.
Hope that helps!
Hi really wanting to purchase this but having no walls is a real issue? Any idea on how long this may be away? Otherwise I’ll have to unfortunately purchase something else
G'day Jacinta,
Completely understand - walls turn your awning into a versatile space!
23Zero are expecting walls to arrive towards the end of this year, so if you can hold out a couple of months this should still be worth the investment.
Could you advise what measurement it is between inside the second and third arm (from front) please? I have a tradie trailer box that opens like tailgate, so I'm keen to know if there'd be enough space.
G'day Kristy,
The Brendale team have just measured this one on our display model, and the distant between the two arms in 213cm.
Hope that's going to work for your trailer box!
Do the A and B wall kits fit this awning?
G'day Lucy,
No, they dont. Wall A will fit, but due to the extra extrusion on the Falcon Extreme the back of the awning is a different shape.
23Zero are in the process of finalising an X-Treme Wall B, and potentially Wall C, so it's definitely on the cards for the future.
Can this be mounted on crossbars or you need a flat platform rack e.g Rhino Rack Pioneer, Rola Titan etc? I am trying to avoid weight and of course for the platform rack.
G'day Jay,
Yep, it absolutely can be mounted on crossbars, but you'll need three of them.
The Falcon X-Treme comes with three brackets, and all must be installed to fully support the weight of the awning.
Can the awning be mounted on both the passenger and drivers side of the vehicle?
G'day Jim,
This awing can only be mounted to the passenger side of the vehicle.
At this stage there is no driver side version available
Is there a sail track along the main body/ backing plate of the awning? If not, are there any brands/ types you sell that do have a sail track?
G'day Kirk,
Yes there is - you can see more on this in our product review video around the 4:22 mark.
Majority of awnings will have a sailtrack on the bottom and top of the backing plate.
Hope that helps!
