Hi, Can you tell me the diameter of the leg when inflated. Thanks
G'day Adrian,
The Air Gazebo 3 has a 15cm Inflatable Air Frame.
Hope that helps!
Hi I did not get a bag for my recent order of the air gazebo. Only had compression straps around it straight out of the box.
G'day Rachel,
Have you unrolled the gazebo and checked for the storage bag tucked in with it?
If you're not able to find the storage bag included in the bundle, please head to our Warranty Page so we can get you sorted.
All the pictures of the gazebo have the guy ropes extended out a long way from the inflated poles. Do they need to go out that far or can they be pegged closer to the gazebo?
G'day Luke,
Yes, the guy ropes are pegged out through a fixed-length strap with a D ring on the end, that is then tightened. The guy ropes provide the shelter with stability, so can't be pegged any closer to the gazebo. It's worth watching the 'how to set up & pack away' video for specifics about this.
If you weren't able to peg this into the ground could you use a sandbag or waterpod, like other gazebos?
G'day Kate,
You could use sandbags to attach around the base of the Air Gazebo Poles to hold it down, the air pole legs are a bit thicker than regular gazebo poles so some Water Pods may not be large enough for the gazebo legs. As long as as something is heavy enough to secure it in place you should be good to go. I would only recommend this in fine weather where it's not too windy if it can't be pegged into the ground.
Could you use an air pump to draw air out of this tent once it is deflated? I thought that may get the air our quicker and make folding up easier.
G'day Tim,
You could use a pump to deflate this, it does have 2 deflation points which make for a pretty speedy deflation that happens in seconds manually. If you did want to use a pump, the Zempire Supercell Pump would be the best option as it has inflate and delfate functions.
Is the Zempire worth the extra 2/3 hundred ( I like the zip on idea )? They all look good to me.
G'day Drew,
The Quest Air Gazebo is great but the Zempire Air Gazebo is higher in quality. Zempire thoroughly tests its products, they have better quality material, a higher waterhead rating, and the Aerobase is also bigger and heavier.
The Quest has an easy set-up, is lighter and at a better price point, the Zempire Aerobase is a higher quality item which the price reflects.
Wanting to purchase solid walls for the gazebo I purchased a few weeks ago. Are the only suppliers in South Australia and Queensland
G'day Joy,
Snowys does only have 2 stores in Adelaide & Brisbane, but we also ship Australia wide.
If you cant get down to the Adelaide store, feel free to give us a buzz on 1300 914 007 and we can order over the phone & get these shipped to you.
Is there an electric pump that would suit this gazebo? Thankyou
G'day Jordan,
It uses a standard boston valve, so any air compressors with that attachment will work.
In our range you could check out the Dometic Gale Pump or the Zempire Supercell.
I notice in some of the advertising pics, there is a white version of the gazebo. Is this available?
G'day Heather,
There is currently only this Grey colour with yellow/green trim. There are photos of the mesh wall kits with the gazebo whited out, this could have been what was seen, this is to show the gazebo isn't included with the kit, but no white Air Gazebo is currently available.
How durable would this be in rain or wind compared to the standard gazebo?
G'day Ian,
This Air Gazebo would perform better in the wind and rain than the regular gazebos. The air poles allow movement in the wind as this will move with the wind rather than snap or break with traditional poles. This has a 2000mm waterhead rating so a little more water resistance than other gazebo canopies although is best suited to light rain, in any prolonged rain you may experience some leaks.
Ben mentioned set up vid, cant find it ? And what’s the floor construction ? Anything like c mat ?
G'day Drew,
The set-up video is at the bottom of the product page and I'll also link it here - How to setup & pack away. The floor is made of a durable PE material and is a solid groundsheet, not mesh.
So the floor being solid, one could use as a tarp?
G'day Drew,
It's possible to use the floor as a tarp although there are no eyelets and only clips on the corners where you could attach something. The edges aren't as reinforced as a regular tarp, so its best used as a groundsheet although it is something you can do.
Can this gazebo be put up by one person and can you purchase walls for it. If so how much are the walls
G'day Lorraine,
Yes this is easy to set up with one person, pretty much pump it up and help the middle up, then pump a little more and you're done! We do have the Quest Outdoors Air Gazebo 3 Solid Wall Kit − 2Pk available that comes with 2 walls.
