Will the eye of a standard tarp fit into the hook of 300mm1 answer
If I am looking to make a lean-to style shelter with my tarp, would the tarps eye fit in the hook? Or am I going to have to run guy ropes on all 4 corners?
Chris - Neutral Bay(6 years ago)
G'day Chris,
I tried this out on a couple of different tarps in the store and they all fitted the hook on the 300mm Polycarbonate Supa Pegs. If it helps, I measured the hook with a set of callipers and at the thickest point, it's around 9mm.

What size sand pegs? 1 answer
Hi, we have both the outdoor connection weekender and the outdoor connection Brampton tents. For beach camping what size/how many sand pegs would you recommend?
Emma - Adelaide(6 years ago)
G'day Emma,
I'd recommend probably just double checking the peg bags of your two tents and counting how many pegs you've got, just to make sure that you're covering all possible bases and then order the same amount. As for the length, I'd suggest that unless you're going to go camping in super windy conditions that the 300mm would probably suffice.
