How many hours will the gas last?1 answer

I wish to get a Companion stove. Proheat 2 Burner Stove (High Pressure). If I run the stove continuously, at an air temp of about 10 degrees, how long will the gas last? I prefer a small bottle

G'day Joseph,

My calculations conclude that 1.25kgs of gas will last approximately 1.65 hours with the Companion Proheat 2 Burner stove. The Proheat 2 Burner uses 37 MJ/h or 35,000 BTU's. 1 kg (LPG) = 49 MJ.
