Tech Wash is generally regarded the world over to be suitable for use on all waterproof textiles.  I personally haven't come across any gear that this can't be safely used on.
Years ago I owned a Mont rain jacket that I used this with, but if you have any specific concerns around suitablility, best to check with Mont directly.

Yes, you can use Tech Wash to clean and revive the waterproof membrane on your Torrentshell Jacket.

From what we understand Sympatex is a waterproof breathable fabric so yes Nikwax will do the trick! Tech Wash is designed to wash the fabric, and remove dirt and grease from the pores in the fabric, which will generally restore the membrane. As the fabric ages, it may also benefit from TX Direct spray following washing with Tech Wash.

Great question! To answer your question, 1 x 100ml sachet should be enough to do one jacket. However, the Tech Wash is designed to clean your jacket by removing all the dirt and grime off which will help to restore water repellency. This is recommended as the 1st step, the 2nd step to adding water repellency back to a jacket is to use the Nikwax TX direct wash in Waterproofer. By using both these products, hopefully they will restore your jacket back to its former glory.
