Hi, I’m confused about how to connect this to a gas bottle - our regulator doesn’t have any thread to allow it to connect. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense…

G'day Julie,
Abit confused sorry, but we'll work it out!
Your Wok Cooker should have come with a gas hose with an inline regulator. This connects one side to the wok cooker, and the other end to an LCC27 gas bottle. The LCC27 is the upgraded gas connection which has replaced POL, and been in place as per Australia Gas Association standards for about 18months.
Check out our blog post which should give you abit more info.
If you Wok Cooker didn't come with a gas hose at all, please head to our warranty page & fill out the info so our team can get this sorted for you!

Bayonet hose or adapter1 answer
I've got a bayonet gas point on my 'van and I want to use this cooker. Can I get (or do you sell) an alternate hose or adapter that will make this wok work with a bayonet fitting??
Jim - Umina Beach, NSW(9 months ago)
G'day Jim,
You should be able to upgrade to a 3/8th SAE to Bayonet gas hose for this wok cooker. Unfortunately, we don't stock the specific Gasmate hose you'd require but it should be available at your local Bunnings. Hope that helps!

2kg gas bottle 3 answers
Will this work with a 2kg gas bottle?
Daina - Lane Cove North, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Daina,
That depends on what fitting your gas bottle has. These are compatible with the new standard LCC27 gas bottle connection, which apparently is not able to be used with adapters. I'm not sure if theres a 2kg one with that fitting around, but alot of the 4.5kg and 9kg swap and go bottle have this attachement now.

Hi. I have the 2kg Gasmate bottle which has this fitting: 3'8" BSP-LH valve. As they are both made from Gasmate, would they be compatible?
Daina - Lane Cove North, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day again Daina,
No, they are not. This Wok Cooker is compatible with LCC27 gas bottle fittings.

Trivet diameter 1 answer
What’s the internal diameter of the trivet? Ie the circle made by the inside end of the spikes, or what is the smallest diameter pot that would sit on the trivet?
Kel - Ipswich, QLD (1 year ago)
G'day Kel,
We've had this question before on the Double, and they have exactly the same trivets which is handy for your question! It measures up with the smallest diameter pot you could put on it being 13cm, but you would need to put it down exactly centred & be careful not to bump it. If you occasionally wanted to use something smaller, say a mini stove top coffee maker, you could look at getting a small grid of stainless steel mesh to put over it - the smaller pots should sit on that fine.
