How do I return an item?
To get the ball rolling, jump onto this page to fill out a returns form. You’ll need to fill out a few details about yourself and the product(s) you’ll be returning. Once you’ve completed that, you’ll receive a delivery label – which needs to be stuck to your parcel. Then you just need to send it back to us! Easy peasy.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, no. Offering the best prices in Australia and free rocket-fast delivery means we’ve only just got enough left over to keep the lights on. So please, choose carefully and lean on us for help to make sure you make the right call on your gear.
What if the item is faulty? Or has been damaged during delivery?
If the item you received is faulty or, has arrived damaged, please complete this online form. We’ll get back to you right away with an action plan.
You’ll be asked to upload some photos of the damaged/faulty product. Just a heads up, the better the photos – the quicker & easier it’ll be for our warranty team to fix the issue.
What happens if I’ve used the item, can I still return it?
We want to make sure you have the right gear for your adventure, and sometimes that means a change of mind
If you wish to return any of the items in your order we'll happily offer a refund within 60 days of your purchase, but before you fire your item back to us or drop into one of our stores - double check the following:
The item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:
- In original packaging
We're unable to offer a full refund on items that have lost that fresh new feel. The best way to retain that feel is by sending the item back, or dropping it off instore, in the same packaging & condition as when you first opened it. - Unused
This one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go. - All tags and labels attached
Avoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.
Also, please know that we're unable to accept returns for the following products, for a change of mind (please know that you’ll still be covered under warranty):
- Food, drinks, gels or any other human consumable product
- Socks & thermals
- Clearance items
If you’re returning your item(s) as a result of changing your mind, you’ll be responsible to cover the cost of return delivery – or, you can save a few delivery dollars and drop past one of our stores. Once your return claim has been submitted, you'll have 5 business days to return your item(s) either by post or dropping into one of our stores. If you exceed this timeframe, you'll be asked to create a new return claim.
If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse or store in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we won’t be able to offer a full refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We do our best to process refunds as fast as possible, although sometimes our accounts team can be a bit under the pump. We'd suggest allowing up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed. Also, depending on your bank, take another 1-2 days to show up in your account.
How do I know when you've received my return?
When you send an item(s) back to us, you should consider using a courier which offers tracking, even postal insurance for those expensive items. With the tracking number, you'll be able to keep a close eye on its journey back to our store. When the parcel arrives into our store, we'll quickly push it through to our customer service team to process. If you've requested a refund for the item, we'll send you an email as soon as the process is complete. Just a heads up though, refunds can take up to two business days to be processed.
What if the item I received is not what I ordered?
Our packing team has many processes in place to make sure your order is processed quickly - and more importantly, accurately. Unfortunately, every now and again the occasional slip-up can occur.
If the item you've received is not what you ordered, please send us an email service@snowys.com.au with a photo of what you've received as quickly as you can... we'll then arrange the fastest return in history to make up for the blunder. Which is of course, at no cost to you.

Please note we recommend these couriers but feel free to use any available courier service you prefer. We do, however, strongly recommend adding parcel insurance and tracking to your return - just in case your item becomes lost or damaged during transit.
