Size of the Bag?2 answers
If I purchase the package with the capsule and barista kits, does the bag that comes with the nanopresso fit everything?
Shelley - Mickleham(5 years ago)
G'day Shelley,
The Nanopresso itself is supplied with a semi-hard zip side case that will fit just the unit itself in it. The Barista Kit and Capsule kits won't fit into the supplied case, so they would need to be separately carried.

Update on Wacaco cases:
Hi everyone, We now have the medium available which fits the existing Nanopresso with the adapter ring from the NS Adapter as well as the Barista Kit: https://www.snowys.com.au/nanopresso-m-case
And the large which fits the Nanopresso, adapter ring from the NS Adapter or the Barista Kit, and the large water tank (140ml) from the Barista Kit. https://www.snowys.com.au/nanopresso-l-case

Nespresso adaptor1 answer
Does the nespresso adaptor fit on this and still fit into the case it comes with??
Dave - Happy valley(5 years ago)
G'day Dave,
I've had a play around with the adapter and unfortunately, it makes the tube just that little bit too long which makes the zip impossible to do up. The adapter does come with its own carry bag though.

Tony - Adelaide (6 years ago)
G'day Tony,
We've had good feedback on the Nanopresso Espresso Machines. We have a few staff members here who have them and they all think the coffee they produce is great!

Do you stock it in the red or orange.1 answer
I see from their site that it comes in red and orange - do you have the red .
Manole - 3124(6 years ago)
G'day Manole,
At this point in time, we're only able to get the Nanopresso in the Black colour. We can certainly check with our supplier if they can source the coloured models too if you'd like. Please send us an email: service@snowys.com.au and we can follow it up and get back to you.

Does this come with a case?1 answer
Is a case included in the purchase of this?
Marg - Bunyip(6 years ago)
G'day Marg,
The Wacaco Nanopresso does come with a semi-hard case like you would get for a pair of sunglasses. It'll do a great job of protecting the finish and should help to protect against small drops and bumps.

Does this take capsules?1 answer
In a picture it looks a nespresso capsule is used but I see no reference to capsules in the description.
Bradley - Sunbury(6 years ago)
G'day Bradley,
Good question. You can only use Nespresso pods with the Wacaco Nanopresso Espresso Machine if you grab their NS adapter, which we don't currently stock sorry. It's the silver part you can see in that image at the top of the unit. I've asked our web team to either remove that image or look into stocking the adapter to make this a bit clearer. The model we do sell that accepts Nespresso pods is the Wacaco Minipresso NS Espresso Machine.

Difference in models?1 answer
Hi there,
Whats the difference in the two models? This and the Mini one? I did a compare and both seem very similiar?
Karl - FADDEN(6 years ago)
G'day Karl,
Really good question! I'll run through the differences quickly and I'll also drop in a link to the Wacaco website so you can do some further reading. The Nano is the newer model and it's shorter, lighter, easier to clean and can be run at a much higher pressure than the Mini. You also have the option of adding a "Barista Kit" to the Nano and doubling the amount of coffee grounds it can hold. Have a read on the Wacaco website for more details.

What does the unit weigh?1 answer
The text says this product weighs 226gm while further down the page it’s 336gm. What’s the weight when empty and the reason for the difference? Is this unit lighter than the Wacaco GR?
Huntzman - Chirnside Park(6 years ago)
G'day Huntzman,
Thanks for pointing this out! I've grabbed one off the shelf and weighed it and it is definitely 336gm. I think the description must have been a typo, our web team are fixing it up as I type. It's only a bit lighter than the Wacaco Mini Espresso GR which weighs 360gm.
