Does the PVC-backed Polyoxford floor material provide better water resistance or durability compared to Coleman’s 420D Polyoxford PVC floor?
G'day Robert,
Both of these floor materials are very similar and appear to have similar durability based on customer reviews. Neither company provides a waterhead rating specification for their floors, so we can't give an exact answer to that, other than to say they will perform almost identically.
Does the BlockOut™ coating offer better light and heat-blocking performance in hot or sunny conditions compared to Coleman’s Dark Room coating?
G'day Robert,
Both the BlockOut™ and Dark Room coatings provide a similar level of light and heat-blocking. There are no discernable differences between the two.
How does the 150D Ripstop Polyester with BlockOut™ coating compare to Coleman’s 75D Ripstop Polyester with Dark Room coating in terms of durability and resistance to wear and tear over time?
G'day Robert,
They're pretty similar fabrics, with both company's BlockOut™/Dark Room tents having good reliability and longevity.
Hi, Im looking to see if there are kids stretcher beds that will fit 90 degrees to the door (195W). All the photos I have seen show the beds going across the door but that does not seem practical with 1 kid having to climb over the other to get in and out. Kids are 3 and 5
G'day Justin,
At full stretcher height you loos about 30cm of space due to the taper of the external wall - the best bet is to go for the Oztrail Low Rise Single stretcher. Being a lower stretcher height, and being a touch shorter in length, it will fit well perpendicular to the door.
Added bonus of being a great height for little legs.
Hope that helps!
