G'day Mark,
Oztrail hasn't provided the gsm detail on the fill for these bags - given their overall weight and insulation thickness & feel, we can compare them to similar bags and assume it would be around the 220-250gsm mark.

Detailed review?1 answer
Hello! Wondering if you're planning to do a review on the drover range. Curious whether the temp rating is accurate and how it might compare to the Pilbara -5. Also whether you can have foot space open for air flow with the sides done up?.
Kat - Orange, NSW(7 months ago)
G'day Kat,
The Temp rating on this bag is fairly accurate at -7 including the fleece liner. This would be a warmer bag than the Pilbara -5 as the Drover -7 has more filling in the bag and is heavier as a result. The bag is a bit chunkier but also feels warmer. You can zip open just the foot space on the Drover to allow some ventilation at the feet while the sides are done up too.
