The Alpine FLZ Trekking Poles from Black Diamond are the durable, collapsible and 4 season suitable poles that will help you go the distance.

The three-section foldable has speed cone deployment, FlickLock Pro adjustability and is made from durable aluminium. They now have improved joint support and stiffness, and upgraded SlideLock technology which makes them easier lock and collapse. The grip is made from natural cork with a dual-density top, with a non-slip EVA foam grip extension and a breathable moisture-wicking strap for extra stability.

Unfortunately not. We don't actually sell any technical hiking poles that come as a single option.
If its a matter of trying to replace a lost or broken pole from a set, you may have some luck contacting the manufacturing brand directly.

The Black Diamond Alpine FLZ poles come with a set of rubber tech tips, as well as carbide tips, however, the snow baskets are a separate accessory which we do not stock at this stage.

What is the difference between the Distance FLZ and the Alpine FLZ (apart from cork handles)? I am looking for an ultra trail running pole suitable for a heavier runner.

G'day Chris,

Sorry for the slow reply, we've been doing a little digging here to clarify. The Alpine FLZ are slightly more heavy-duty and have a push-button style pole locking mechanism on the bottom pole section. They also have the cork handles as you indicate, but apart from that they're pretty similar.
