Cover Material1 answer
What is the cover material (cotton, polyester etc.)?
Damien - Darwin, NT(1 month ago)
G'day Damien,
There's no label or any specifications on materials for these mats, but having a good look at them I'd say they're either polyester, or a polycotton blend. Definitely not 100% cotton.

fitting a 23zero Dual swag1 answer
Hi. Looking at getting a 23zero Dual swag, double size 1400. Also thinking about an 'additional mattress' (we're old!!! 😂). Would this mattress fit the Dual 1400? many thanks. PS. Your product videos are FANTASTIC!!!! Will always buy at Snowy's because of them!!!
Philip - Highbury, SA (4 months ago)
G'day Philip,
Yep, absolutely. The mattress will fit in any 1400 wide swag, and the Darche & 23Zero ones are largely interchangeable. Glad you love our videos!

Main mattress 1 answer
Hi, i plan to use this for my main mattress in the tent, tent: oztrail stargazer 6xv, will this fit?
Handri - Kingsville, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Handri,
Yes, the 1400 Swag mattress will fit in your Stargazer tent. Please triple check the packed dimensions of the mattress through, its designed to be rolled up inside a swag, so doesn't pack away easily & is often impractical to use as a tent mattress.

Pack up options1 answer
Am thinking of buying this for our tent (not a swag) and want to know what the options are for rolling it up / popping it in the car - do you sell straps that could be used for this purpose?
Erin - Brunswick East, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Erin,
We do have a huge range or anchor straps available, but none that would be the perfect size...they'll either be a tad too small or a bit too long. Based on the packed size, which is factory compressed, the overall circumference of the rolled-up mat is around 80cm, which will likely be around 1m once it's opened and expanded a bit more. Id say the 2m Bomber Tie Downs would be the best bet, and give you a bit of extra length just incase. If you want to view our whole range of options, head here.

Carry bag1 answer
Hi does this come with a carry bag or straps to roll it up
Petar - Bungarribee, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Peter,
No it doesn't, as it's a replacement swag mattress to go inside a swag. In that situation, it doesn't get removed and will be rolled up with the swag itself.

Swag bag compatible.1 answer
Hi, I have a Darche 1400 swag with 50mm mattress, will the 70mm or even 2 x 50mm mattresses roll up and fit in the existing carry bag. I have a Dusk to Dawn swag
Gary - West Croydon, SA(3 years ago)
G'day Gary,
The 70mm mattress will be fine, as the Darche swags come with a 70mm mattress now as standard. Whilst we havent tried 2 x 50mm mattresses personally, we have had feedback from customers who have with success. Apparently, it makes it alot more difficult to roll the swag up, but it will still fit in the carry bag with abit of effort.

Replacing marred 1 answer
Hi Will this 70mm mattress fit in the following swags -Darche Dirty dee 1400 - Darche airvolution 1400 Thanks
Lee - Kalamunda, WA(4 years ago)
G'day Lee,
Yes, that's correct. The 1400 number refers to the Darche swag sizes. 900 & 1100 being the smaller options. If you have a Darche 1400 swag then the Darche 1400 Swag Mattress is compatible.

Zempire speedy stretcher bed twin1 answer
Will this be ok on the zempire speedy stretcher bed twin? I don’t wanna deal with inflatable bed anymore
Glenda - Lowood (4 years ago)
G'day Glenda,
Yes, you could pop the 1400 Swag Mattress on the Speedy Stretcher Bed Twin. One thing to note is the mattress will be slightly longer and wider than the stretcher, but as long as you've got space in your tent it shouldn't cause any troubles.

Will this fit into the nebula.1 answer
Could you put this into the nebula with the original mattess for extra comfort?
Lee - Underwood(4 years ago)
G'day Lee,
Not quite, the Nebula has quite a specific shape and won't quite work with this mattress. Darche makes a mattress especially for the Nebula, you can purchase them directly from Darche here.

Foam density1 answer
Hi, is this 50mm mattress the same density as the standard one in the Dirty Dee 1400? Is the 70mm option the same density but just thicker? I have the Dirty Dee 1400 and the mattress is a bit crappy. Cheers
Greg - 3000(5 years ago)
G'day Greg,
The 1400 Swag Mattress is the same mattress, with the same density that Darche uses in their Dirty Dee, so if you've already got the 50mm you could grab another and make it a 100mm, or swap it out for the 70mm.
