Have you had experience using this to revive zips that are completely jammed/stuck, rather than simply cleaning ones that are still working? I'm trying to declog some zips on an old backpack and they are very stubborn ...
G'day Ben,
I'd be first giving your zip sliders a soak in some white vinegar if possible, and scrub them as much as possible with a firm toothbrush.
Once you've addressed any corrosion, or dust/dirt/grime that may be stuck in there, you can hit it with the zip cleaner & lubricant - that should get you sorted.
I tried to use another brand (not from Snowys) and the smell was unbearable- does this one have a strong smell?
G'day,
I have just checked with the Gear Aid team and can confirm this product does not have a scent!
