Perfectly sized for a pair of adventurers, the easy pitch inner and fly, steady design, and wallet-friendly price of Vango’s Zenith 200 Tent sets it apart from other hiking tents.
To save time and energy especially in adverse weather, the fly and inner pitch together, and the single pole hoop design gives you stability. On a windy day, the tension band system helps the Zenith perform, while the breathable polyester inner gives protection in cooler conditions. The 5000mm rated fly has two doors, which makes access and storage easy and it has mesh vents to keep insects out while reducing condensation.
To ensure extra ventilation, there’s a part mesh inner door, while the seams are factory taped which creates a watertight seal. You can create a sheltered porch with your hiking pole as there’s an attachment eyelet in the door to lift it up. The multiple reflective points create more visibility in low light conditions, and you can keep your essentials close as the inner has storage pockets.
This tent also comes with a fast pack bag with an oversized opening so you can pack it up quickly, even when it’s wet. Tested to the European standard EN5912 for rain and wind for reliability, the Zenith 200 is the stable and compact choice for lightweight trips.

Is this the same tent as the Nevis 200?1 answer
I found a YouTube club from Snowys about a Vango tent call the Nevis. This one looks like it may be the same tent?
Damien - Melbourne(5 years ago)
G'day Damien,
Sorry mate, these two tents are a little different. We're no longer able to get our hands on the Nevis, however, they are slightly different models, with the Zenith having a higher waterproof rating, and slightly more internal space.

What tent would you recommend for situations where cooking in the vestibule is necessary.1 answer
Such as...
Tom - Canberra(5 years ago)
G'day Tom,
You can essentially cook in the vestibule of most 2 Person hike style tents when necessary, the Zenith 200 might be a little bit squeezy depending on your cooking set up. You'll probably find that a free-standing style tent (like the Zempire Zeus) will give you a little more space.

Freestanding?1 answer

Sergei - St Leonards(5 years ago)
G'day Sergei,
The Zenith 200 isn't a free-standing tent sorry, you will need to have the ends and sides pegged out for the tent to stay upright.

Does vestibule offer enough space for cooking?1 answer
Is vestibule comfy cooking space or is the smaller packing size of tent a compromise here?
Eddie - Cabarita(5 years ago)
G'day Eddie,
Great question! We think you'd be pushing it to try and cook in the vestibule of the Zenith 200. You'll only have about 50cm from the tent edge to the pole attachment so while it may be possible we probably wouldn't recommend it. You'd also need to consider ventilation and heat blocking options if you were planning to cook in the vestibule.
