Would you know if the kings portable unit would sit on this frame please?
Olivia - Preston Lower, VIC (1 year ago)
G'day Olivia,
We couldn't say I'm sorry - it's something we'd need to try out in person to know for sure and we don't sell Kings. Might also be worth noting that the frame isn't sold separately, so if it's just the frame you are after you could probably look at the Smarttek Tripod which has close up info on how it connects.

Water Pump Capacity1 answer
Is it possible to use a different pump with a higher flow rate? Thanks
Shane - Melbourne, VIC (1 year ago)
G'day Shane,
Not with this particular unit, sorry. You could consider looking into Smarttek, they have both 4 & 6LPM pump options.

Is the water pump internal and if so, what is the maximum suction head1 answer
I would like to know what the maximum suction head (in metres) is for the 12v supply pump.
Edward James - The Range, QLD(4 years ago)
G'day Edward,
The pump is external, you can see it featured on the end of the blue hose in the images. The pump is fairly small, with a pump hose length of 150cm and the maximum flow rate of the unit is 3L/min. We don't have information regarding the maximum suction head, but hopefully this information helps.

Input Power1 answer
can the input power be changed to suit normal 10amp power socket? looking to use this for an outdoor shower in the garden at home. Thank you
Miya - WALKERSTON(4 years ago)
G'day Miya,
This shower unit, unfortunately, isn't designed for use on mains water, or mains power, so it won't quite be the right option for your outdoor shower in the garden. The Smarttek Shower might be a better option to consider, it can be connected to mains power with standard hose fittings, and doesn't require power to run, unless you're needing to run the 12V pump (which would only be needed if you were drawing the water from a creek/river/container etc.

Will this work with pressured water, not using the power source on this unit?1 answer
I have a water pump on my camper.
Carolyn - Streaky Bay(4 years ago)
G'day Carolyn,
I've just called Gasmate, and unfortunately not, you can't run the WaterTech Shower using pressurised or mains water. The unit will only work using the pump supplied which needs a 12V connection to run.
