Whether you’re driving off into the horizon for a camping adventure, or having guests come to stay, the W Leg Stretcher V2 from Zempire provides elevated comfort.
This stretcher has an easy-to-build design with a tension leg assembly and features a rust-resistant powder-coated steel frame of a 100kg maximum weight rating. Sleep on top of the 600D poly oxford stretcher, lock the legs into place for security, and stash essentials into the lower storage area. When it’s time to pile back into the car and head back home, it packs into a durable zippered carry bag for transport and storage.
When space and weight is a consideration in your vehicle, set yourself up comfortably in your tent with the compact W Leg Stretcher V2 from Zempire.
They will, but it will be a close fit lengthways. Just be mindful to set the tent up fully pegged out with all guy ropes to keep good tension on the canvas at the bag, and you should be ok. You probably wouldn't get away with your head at the back though.

Mats1 answer
Hello Which mat is suitable? Looking at dimensions of Coleman single self inflating mattress , Zempire king single monstamat and I’m not sure if they are suitable for this stretcher. Any suggestions?
Rob - Melbourne, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Rob,
Any mat will be suitable for use with this stretcher. It's best to pick one with dimensions as close to the stretcher size as possible, most just to help keep the mat in place & stop it slipping, but ultimately if it's a bit bigger there won't be any issues. Either of the mattresses you've mentioned would be fine!

Mat needed?1 answer
Hi - thinking of this for my kids. Do I need to use an inflatable mat with this or not?
Dave - Belrose, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Dave,
There is no need to use mats with stretcher beds, they are fine enough as a bed in their own right. You may want to look at adding a mat further down the track if you are heading away in super cold overnight conditions, as that will help provide additional insulation.

Queen size? 1 answer
Are these available in queen or would 2 work if you zip tie together?
Hayley - Adelaide, SA (4 years ago)
G'day Hayley,
No, the W Leg Stretchers are only available in a single size. You could zip two together if you wanted to create a later sleeping space, however, you would have the sidebars running down the centre, and would still need to sleep in your own individual divet.
