hello. If used as a toiletries bag, are these organisers likely to develop holes from the sharpish corners of toothpaste tubes and combs?

TPU is generally known to be a very strong material, and combined with the YKK zippers you have an overall quality product.
Its highly unlikely you'd put holes in these bags with standard toiletries.
