If you’ve had enough of settling down for a meal after a long hike, only to find you’re getting dirt and other crunchy bits mixed in with your food – then perhaps a clean eating surface like the Ultralight Table Small from GSI Outdoors will be a welcome addition to your pack.
Made from flame and heat resistant aluminium and stainless steel, this sturdy table can actually hold 9.1kg, despite the fact that it only weighs 396g. The lid is raised, which makes it easy to keep all your items on the table without them sliding off.

Will this be suitable for the champion wok burner ?1 answer
I’ve got a champion wok burner and it’s not suitable for our plastic table but we live it . Would this be suitable to put on the table and then our wok burner on it. Does it have any plastic parts ect . I do t want to cook in the ground.

G'day Julana,
I've been down to the shop floor and had a play around with this for you. Whilst the table doesn't have any plastic parts and I think it would be suitable, it's going to be too small to safely sit a Companion Single Burner Cooker on top. I'd look at grabbing some sort of heat resistant material to sit the stove on. I've used old corkboard in the past with my setup, but you may need to do some experimenting to see what works safely for you.

Large version1 answer
Hi do you have, or can you source the large version of this table?
Tony - perth(6 years ago)
G'day Tony,
At the moment we can't get our hands on any of the Large GSI Outdoors Ultralight Tables, they're not being brought into Australia. As soon as we hear any wind that they're coming in, we'll make sure we get some in.
