Check out the Mammut Size Guide, you should see the link for that on the product page, and work from the cm sizing of your actual foot. We recommend tracing your foot on a piece of paper and measuring the longest point.

These shoes are full Gortex, so they are 100% waterproof. Bare in mind that being a shoe instead of a boot, water can get in through the ankle - only would really be an issue in heavy rain or wading through waterways.
