Designed primarily around the comfort and versatility of the Easy Fold Stretchers, the OZtrail Ultimate All Weather Single Stretcher Tent goes one step further by incorporating protection from wind, rain and bugs, all in one convenient package.
The All Weather Stretcher is ideal for quick stopovers or for set-up under a 4WD awning. The stretcher frame is quick and easy to set-up and features a permanently attached no-see-um mesh upper that when pitched with the included fibreglass poles can be used as an insect-proof sleeping space during warm, dry weather.
Should the weather turn sour, throw the fly over the top and you have a dry sleeping space with dry storage space in the side vestibules and under the stretcher. The inner features a padded brushed polyester mattress, storage pockets and a mesh under-bed shelf to keep your gear off the ground.
The OZtrail Single All Weather Stretcher Tent packs up small in the included carry bag to suit most vehicle storage space and offers unrivalled comfort, versatility and simplicity for outback travellers and lightweight campers alike.

I'm looking for a replacement tent pole: the half circle one not the awning pole
Bev - Guilderton, WA(4 years ago)
G'day Bev,
Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement poles for these stretcher tents, and Oztrail doesn't specifically list this part on their spare parts list. We'd recommend repairing your current poles using a Pole Repair Kit, and these instructions.

Bigger bag?1 answer
I want to make this truly an all-in-one with a mattress and sleeping bag kept together with the tent. Are there any larger bags available which might fit this set up please?
Fayley - Southern River (4 years ago)
G'day Fayley,
Sounds like a great idea, however we don't stock any bags that would be large enough to accommodate the setup. It might be worth looking at getting a bag custom made.

Internal Height1 answer
What is the internal height from the flat of the stretcher to the top of the internal mesh? Your specs say 30cms.
John - St Clair(4 years ago)
G'day John,
The 30cm is the height from the ground to the stretcher base. The maximum internal head height is 120cm at the central peak, at either end the height is approximately 100cm from stretcher base to the top of the internal wall.

Seal2 answers
Are the fly seams sealed by tape or something else? Generally how waterproof is it?
Bill - Victoria (5 years ago)
G'day Bill,
I've just double-checked our display model and I can confirm that they are seam sealed. Unfortunately, the waterhead rating of the All-Weather stretcher isn't specified by Oztrail.

I have used mine in very heavy rain with no problems. However on hot mornings condensation dripping can be a slight issue.

What mattress is recommended?1 answer
Hi, what mattress would be best for this at 220 x 90? Thanks
Lyndsey - Como(5 years ago)
G'day Lyndsey,
There are a few good options out there depending on your budget. You could go for the Zempire Bomberpad, Monstamat King Single, Mega Deluxe Camp Mat, or Megamat 10 LXW. All of these mats will be a little narrower than the overall internal size itself however they will add a nice bit of padding and comfort.

All weather vs easy fold1 answer
I'm deciding between this and the easy fold stretcher. Are there pros/cons between the two? Does this take longer to setup? It looks like you get more undercover storage with this one and it's 30cm longer sleeping area.
Scott - Sydney(7 years ago)
G'day Scott,
You're right when it comes to the extra sleeping space and extra storage space. You also get a little gear shelf with the Oztrail Ultimate All Weather Single Stretcher, which is pretty handy. As for set up, I would say that this one takes a little longer but you can compare the two by watching these two YouTube videos on set up - Oztrail Ultimate All Weather Stretcher & Oztrail Easy Fold Single Stretcher.

Pole Kit for Awning1 answer
Hi, I was wondering what Pole Kit is best suitable to set up the awnings?
Larry - NSW(7 years ago)
G'day Larry,
I'd suggest that your best bet for some awning poles for your Oztrail Ultimate All Weather Single Stretcher would be the Darche Swag Awning Alloy Pole Set. These poles are adjustable so you'll be able to get them perfect for your stretcher, no matter where you're camping.

How heavy is the stretcher?1 answer
Can you feel the centre pole?
How heavy is the stretcher?
Fiona - ACT(7 years ago)
G'day Fiona,
The Oztrail Ultimate All Weather Stretcher Single weighs 18kg. We'll add this to our website.
In regards to the centre pole, can you confirm what you mean by this?
