What's the LIMITED life time warranty about ?1 answer
Limited warranty?
Keith - Coffs Harbour (8 years ago)
Hi Keith,
This is a pretty common question which usually revolves around how long a product lifetime is. This could be 30 days or 30 years depending on the condition of the item when the issue occurs. Basically, if your Black Wolf product has been treated and stored well, and a manufacturing fault occurs outside of reasonable wear and tear, then Black Wolf will repair or replace your item.

Do the side panels have a left and right side or are they universal1 answer
Do you need any special connectors to connect side and front panel
Scott - Westbury Tas(8 years ago)
Howdy Scott. Great question and one that is asked often. The sides of the Turbo Tents are universal, and can be swapped from side to side at your leisure. All the connectors needed to attach to your Turbo Tent are included so no need to spend any more money getting the tent exactly how you want it. Cheers!

How do you go for warranty when purchased online?1 answer
Brock - Townsville(9 years ago)
Hi Brock,
Every Black Wolf product now comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which, given you have an original proof of purchase, applies regardless of purchase method. So simply keep your receipt from your order and that will cover you for their Limited Lifetime Warranty. You can also register your product with Black Wolf online to validate your warranty if you'd like.

What should i do to stop the poles from sliding down in strong winds..?1 answer
hi in the review for this tent the customer states that theirpoles slid down in strong winds.. that is a real problem if comfort and safety is a priorty when holidaying.. do you have grip accessories available to help stop the sliding?
emily - RYDE(9 years ago)
Hi Emily, this is not a problem we have encountered or heard of anywhere but within this review. The poles can be tightened so they don't slip, but I guess any tent is going to need some tweaking following adverse weather. There is no specific solution to this other than to purchase poles that do not collapse, which will increase difficulties in transport.

3 post awning for a turbo lite 300 tent2 answers
Hi after a recent camping trip when arriving home I noticed that my awning/fly was missing, apparently left behind on the beach camping site I camped on.
Is it possible to get a replacement awning for this tent.(this is not the canvas tent turbo lite 300)
Peter - Brisbane(9 years ago)
Hi Peter, unfortunately they are not available as a separate item but let me ask around in case there is a spare I can secure for you, I'll get back to you asap.
Ben - Snowys(9 years ago)
Hi Peter, I've had no luck finding you a fly sorry. I'll keep my ears open in case something turns up and let you know but I can't make any promises sorry.

Do you have to pre-wet these tents?1 answer
Hello,
Do the latest Blackwolf Turbo Lite 300's require to be hosed down a few times prior to first use, in order to make them fully waterproof?
Thanks
Hamish - CANBERRA, ACT(10 years ago)
Hi Hamish, no need to wet these down prior to use. The wetting down is only applicable to canvas products. Wetting a canvas product helps the seams to swell and seal the fabric and stitching around the seam, improving the water proof properties of the tent. The Turbo Lite range are made of a heavy duty Polyester (synthetic which does not swell when wet) which comes pre seam sealed and waterproofed.
