is it possible for one person only to erect the tent
Jill - Murray Bridge(8 years ago)
G’day Jill,
It is definitely possible for one person to set up this tent, but it is always easier if you have someone to give you a hand. This tent is actually fairly easy to set up, and we've had positive feedback from other customers on pitching it with just one person.Â
The short version on how to pitch it is: unroll the tent, straighten the legs to lock the knuckles into place, step inside the tent and push the centre hub up to lock it into place, then lay the fly over and add the awning poles, and peg out the guy ropes.Â

How accurate is the packed size specified?1 answer
I like the look of this tent, but the maximum boot width on our (smallish) car is 103cm. Considering the packed length specified (108cm) it sounds like it won't fit in our car. Is the packed size accurate, and if so, is there perhaps a way to pack it down smaller so it would fit in our car?
Andy - Cairns(9 years ago)
G'day Andy - I just double checked the packed measurements on the 210 and 108cm is correct, but that's packed as in how we ship it to you. The size will be reduced by up to around 1cm once you remove the cardboard, making it around 107cm. Still might be a bit too big for your car, it sounds. Hope that helps. Cheers, Paul

AWNING1 answer
Is this price for the tent and the awning?
Does it come as pictured with both tent and awning verandah as the advert stated it came with the 3 poles for the awning
susan - RINGWOOD, VIC(9 years ago)
G'day Susan - Sure does! Both outdoor and indoor living - how good is that? The only options you need to consider are side walls, front wall, that kind of thing, if you want to enclose the awning too. Hope that helps. Cheers, Paul

Is there an awning screen room available for the 210 size turbo and turbo lite tents? Cheers.1 answer
Simon - KATOOMBA, NSW(9 years ago)
Not for the Turbo 210 models sorry Simon. The accessories for these smaller versions are limited, your best solution would be to add some mesh side walls and a front panel, then you'd just need to work out how to best seal things off at ground level.

cm or mm 1 answer
How come you have got all size in mm then for packed size is in cm what is it in mm thank you
Brian - Carnarvon (9 years ago)
Hi Brian, we vary the units of measurement in an effort to make it easy to interpret. All measurements on the Turbo Lite 210 are correct. The packed size of 108L x 28W x 28D cm converts to 1080L x 280W x 280D mm. I hope this answers your questions, please call us if you need further clarification.
