How long stay cold in esky?
Micheal - Labrador(5 years ago)
G'day Michael,
The Tri-Mini Ice Packs generally stay cold up to three times longer than ice, so in a well-insulated esky you might find they last up to 6 or 7 days.

How many would you need for a 50L icebox1 answer
The info says it lasts 3 times as long as ice but how many would you need to keep things as cold as having ice. Are 3 packs equivalent to 1kg? of ice or would you need a stack (10 or more) of these packs to do the job.

G'day Jeff,
You'd need quite a few of the Therman Tri-Mini Ice Packs for a 50L icebox but I'm not too sure exactly how many. It would depend on how much food and drink you've got. I would suggest buying a few larger ones though and maybe a bit of trial and error to get your numbers just right.
