Hand Grip1 answer
Can the hand grip be replaced? If so, how much would this cost?
Tim - Gordon Park, QLD(1 year ago)
G'day Tim,
There isn't as far as I'm aware. It may be something you could have looked at by a local men's shed or even a Repair Cafe. The one closest to you would be at Keperra, it may be worth sending them an email to see what they think. Hope that helps.

What does a sand basket look like? I can’t find it. Plus what is the cap used for?1 answer
Chris - Downer(6 years ago)
G'day Chris,
The basket is a fairly basic one and is just hanging off the nylon strap in the product image above. The cap on the end of this trekking pole can be used for better traction on harder terrain such asphalt or cement, and also to protect your other gear when stored your pack. I hope this helped Chris.

What is the sandbag used for?1 answer
I recently bought this pole and was wondering why I need a sand bag, plus the tip cap.
Chris - Downer(6 years ago)
G'day Chris,
The sand baskets on the Elemental Trekking Walking Pole are useful to help you not sink too deep when you're walking on sand (or other soft ground).
