The Nalgene Travel Kits come with 2 spare lids that have pop up spouts on them, so you'll be able to use them for your oil.

The medium states that it has one.

I've just double checked the Nalgene Travel Kits on our shop floor and can confirm that the small also comes in a ziplock bag, just like the medium.
