Paul - Warners Bay, NSW (2 years ago)
G'day Paul,
Whilst these poles do have a L & R stamped on the straps, there's no physical difference between them at all. The straps and handles and entire poles are identical. Generally, the trail running specific versions are ergonomic for either side, but hiking/walking poles are interchangeable.

Single1 answer
Hi. Can I buy a single pole? I lost one from my current pair ( swept down a river on the Green Gully Track) Thanks.
Ed - 2193(3 years ago)
G'day Ed,
Unfortunately not, we're only able to get these poles in as a pair. Might be worth having a spare just in case you have another unfortunate river incident.
