It's not, however, there is a touchscreen version for mobile phones and other small devices which you can find here.

Thanks for your question, given that there are lots of different sizes of iPhones on the market so our best suggestion is to measure your phone and buy the TPU Guide Accessory Case based on that. We've found most will fit in the Medium size.
