Convert your OZtrail Gazebo into a fully enclosed space with a sealed floor with the OZtrail 3.0 Tent Inner Kit. You can also use this kit to entertain friends and family in the backyard or as an all-weather campsite play area for the kids!
You can keep creepy crawlies out of your shelter thanks to the no-see-um mesh panels, which also allow for airflow to prevent stuffiness and condensation build-up. When the weather is colder, just zip everything up and you’ve got yourself a large weatherproof space to relax, entertain, or sleep in.
This kit is so simple to set up, all you have to do is hook it onto the gazebo frame and tie the tent to legs and you’re ready to go! This fuss-free and weatherproof space makes for the perfect accessory to make the most of your gazebo.
Can I still fit the gazebo walls with the tent fitted.
G'day Mick,
The inner kit and tent walls use the same eyelets in the corners, so it can be fiddly getting both hooks in the same eyelet, but can be done.
Does this product have power inlets??
G'day David,
I've spoken to Oztrail on this one, and unfortunately, there aren't dedicated power inlets on the Tent Inner Kit.
just double checking that the current model has both entry points. Thankyou..
G'day Rachael,
Yes, the current model does have a front and rear entry point.
How does this stand up to wet weather and dust? Travelling in the outback in winter and thought this might be easier to pop up at the end of a long drive when we're only staying one night.
G'day Vanessa,
The Gazebo 3.0 Tent Inner Kit, along with the 3.0 Gazebos aren't actually waterproof, the gazebos themselves are water resistant, so not really designed for continuous wet weather. The inner tent kit doesn't have a waterproof rating either, so again, we'd recommend avoiding use in wet weather, unless you sealed all of the seams, and added some extra walls for protection. If there is an occasional shower you should be ok, but we wouldn't recommend these in wet weather. In terms of dust, the dual-layer windows and door do a fairly good job of keeping dust out, however, in windy deserts you might find that a small amount of dust finds a way in.
i am tempted to buy this but i need to find out if this fits my Gazebo.
G'day Ari,
To attach the Tent Inner Kit, you hook it onto metal loops on each corner, and then secure it on the legs and at the feet. I can't say for sure if that is going to work with other 3 x 3 gazebos, as yours may have a different attachment system for accessories.
Does this have a front and a rear door?
G'day Carolyn,
Unfortunately not. The OZtrail Gazebo 3.0 Tent and Inner Kit come with one entrance door and 3 windows.
*UPDATE* Apologies everyone, we've just found out that this model does in fact have a front and rear door, sorry for any confusion caused.
Has it got a floor
G'day Tom,
Yep! The Oztrail Gazebo 3.0 Tent Inner Kit has a Polyethylene bucket floor, which means the floor material continues upwards about six inches before being sewn to the walls.
I have a 2.4 gazebo with green top. I want to enclose it and this would be perfect. Do you make this for a 2.4
G'day Jan,
The OZTrail Gazebo 2.4 Tent Inner Kit is definitely available! You can find the product page here.
Hi, Will this tent fit the oztrail fiesta compact 3.0 gazebo? Cheers
G'day Tom,
The Oztrail Gazebo 3m Tent Inner Kit is compatible with all 3m Oztrail gazebos so yes, it'll work fine with your compact.
HI would it fit in this black gazebo I have its 6 x 3 and has poles at 3 x 3 intervals https://www.crazysales.com.au/online-instahut-3x6-pop-up-gazebo-hut-with-sandbags-black-133027.html
G'day Julie,
Whilst the OZtrail Tent 3 x 3 Inner Kit is designed specifically to work with OZtrail Gazeboes (both the 3 and 6 metre varieties), it can sometimes work with other brands. We don't stock anything Instahut, so I can't try this out for you to give you any sort of confirmation one way or the other.
Without opening box..does the inner tent have inside loops near roof to hang strip lighting..and is there a hole to pass cables through the tent too
G'day David,
I wasn't entirely sure, so I gave Oztrail a buzz. The Oztrail Tent 3 x 3 Inner Kit doesn't have loops inside except for a single loop in the middle for lanterns. It also doesn't have a hole to pass a cable through, you'd need to leave a small section of the door unzipped to pass a cable through.
G'day Dave,
You should still be able to clip your Oztrail Tent 3 x 3 Inner to your gazebo even though the legs are square, the clips are designed to fit nicely around them.
A lot of your compatibility comments for walls etc... say good with deluxe... I presume this encompasses the deluxe commercial or is the commercial different?
G'day Gary,
I've just checked this out with the information provided by Oztrail, and yes you will be able to use the Oztrail Tent 3 x 3 Inner kit with the Oztrail Commercial Deluxe 3.0 size gazebo.
The Commercial Deluxe just has a heavier duty canopy, but with the Deluxe frame that this Inner Kit is compatible with.
Does it fit inside the 4.5x3?
G'day Pauly,
Unfortunately the Oztrail Tent 3 x 3 Inner Kit doesn't fit inside the Oztrail Mega Deluxe 4.5x3 as they're different sizes and the Inner Kit needs to be able to attach to all 4 legs of the Gazebo.
Can the mesh panel of the windows be unzipped too or is it just the solid panels?
Hi Jayde,
The mesh sections don't unzip, only the solid panels. If you are looking for something with mozzie protection and doors you could look at the Oztent Screen House.
me and my family are going on a camping trip and we need to find a tent i need to now if this is the one for us
Hi Imtiaz,
The Inner Kit you're looking at is actually an option to enclose a gazebo so not a traditional tent per se however people have used it instead of tents so its really up to you. If you'd like a traditional family tent with extra rooms perhaps have a look at these options: Tents.
Once you've decided what style of tent would suit you, you are more than welcome to give us a call and we can talk you through the finer details to get you the best possible solution.
Is there only one door to the inner kit? One entry/exit?
how durable is it and wind resistant
Hi Peter, yes the sides definitely have a solid panel on the inside and a mesh panel on the outside. The image on our website shows the tent with the solid panels rolled aside. The material is lighter than the actual gazebo canopy, the weight of the material feels similar to a standard family dome tent.
Is the inner kit designed to be used by itself or can you put the exterior walls with it to get really good protection from the elements? Also how well do these gazebos go in strong winds or are these best avoided when camping?
is there a separate fly screen roof? so the gazebo's roof can be removed but the inner room is still fly proof.... so you can sleep under the stars?
you advertise a 2.4 x 2.4 gazebo tent do you have a 2.4 x 2.4 gazebo to match
G'day Keith,
We sure do mate. You can view our range of 2.4m gazebos and accessories by clicking here.
I am going to camping in this year, December 2015. I want to know if this inner kit can fit in 3X6M Marquee?
Or does it only work with oztrail gazebos
