Will this product repair holes in canvas? Thanks
Nicola - Meningie, SA(1 year ago)
G'day Nicola,
It's not really ideal, as it's better suited to synthetics, plastics, etc. If you are needing a repair tape for canvas, check out the Tera Aid Type A tape, and stick a piece on both sides of the tear.

Will this repair mesh1 answer
I have a small hole in the inner mesh of my tent. Will this work if I put a bit of the patch on both sides of the inner mesh?
Linda - Brisbane, QLD (2 years ago)
G'day Linda,
It should do the trick - depending on how fine the mesh is, you may need to put some pressure on the either side to ensure they get a good bond. Alternatively, a common option is to pick up some fine mesh material from a fabric shop, and hand stitch a patch on.

Tenacious tape rwpair kit.1 answer
Hi, have a hole in swag, will this tape bond ok to canvas surface?
Scott - Adelaide Bc, SA (3 years ago)
G'day Scott,
I'd personally go with something like the Tear Aid Type A tape, and stick a piece on both the outside and inside of the canvas.

I have a small cut in my down sleeping bag which I plan to machine wash and dry in the near future. This product is described as "Waterproof and washable" - would it adequately seal the cut in my sleeping bag enough for it to go through the wash/ drier without losing the down? 1 answer
My sleeping bag is the Sea to Summit Trek II. The cut is only small between 5mm to 10mm long.
Kelly - Sydney(4 years ago)
G'day Kelly,
Yes, the Tenacious Tape Repair Patches should do the trick to seal up your hole and it should make it through the wash without any down sneaking out. We'd recommend keeping an eye on it in the dryer though, as sometimes the heat can be an issue for the adhesive. You might need to hand dry the bag instead of popping it in the dryer if you're concerned.

self inflatable sleeping mat1 answer
Do those patches seal punctures in self inflatable sleeping mats ?
Martin Reusch - Woodford(5 years ago)
G'day Martin,
Other than the repair kit specific for your mattress, your best bet would be to grab some Gear Aid Seam Grip. Hope that helps!
