Why is this $30 more expensive than other Coleman one 1 answer
As above
Jim - Lennox head(4 years ago)
G'day Jim,
It really comes down to materials and aesthetic to be honest. The more expensive one has an aluminium frame, with a dark charcoal/black top. The cheaper one has a powder-coated steel frame with a vacuum moulded grey top.

Compaison between this and other coleman table1 answer
I see you have two very similar coleman table/chair sets. The other one is a fair bit cheaper https://www.snowys.com.au/folding-table-bench-set . What are the key differences? Is this one better quality? The other seems to have good reviews, so am wondering if this is worth paying extra for?
Sonja - Drummoyne(5 years ago)
G'day Sonja,
Great question! The main difference is the moulded plastic/steel frame versus a totally aluminium top and frame for this table. Steel will ultimately be a stronger material than aluminium, so can take more weight and more of a 'battering' than aluminium, but it is heavier. To answer your question - as the aluminium is a new product and we are yet to receive stock it's hard to know exactly how it will perform at this stage compared to the plastic/steel set.
