We've measured these for you and the shorter pole is 37cm when collapsed, and the long pole is 66cm when collapsed.

Yes the AOS Swag Pole Kit should work with the Nebula fly sheet. I can't try it out for sure as we don't have one here, but the spigot size and pole height will suit.
