Hi are these size adjustable, as in can i make them smaller? Sorry I can't tell from the picture.

The ROK Straps are not adjustable, I'm sorry. The 30x2 is the shortest length we stock. Check out the Voile 15"/38.1cm Strap for an adjustable option.
