How does this compare to the Oztrail Easy Fold stretcher? Which one is more study/comfy?

Both stretchers from a comfort & stability perspective are on par, and if combined with a mattress you wouldn't distinguish between the two. The Speedy range is a newer model than the Easy Fold, so has less overall reviews, but the feedback for both from customers has been great. The Oztrail Easy Fold is a tad longer and wider, and the Zempire Speedy is a reasonable size higher which may be a consideration if you have mobility issues. The only other difference would be the slightly lighter weight and longer warranty period on the Zempire. Sorry we're not able to give you a definitive answer one way or the other, but hopefully that gives you abit more info!

Hi, wondering how wide this stretcher is? The external dimensions suggest 77cm wide, but that isn't king single width?

Yes, it is 77cm which is a King Single in camping bed terms, domestic mattress and sheet sizes are completely different. A single Camping mattress and stretcher will be around 64cm. Hope that helps!
