Yes that's right, this Speedy Mozzie Shelter just has the one door, so you'd need to climb over the other person for access. We don't have any other pop up style options, but the Mozzie Dome IV Tent has two doors and might suit your needs.

The mesh material is quite fine, so it should do a fairly good job of keeping most things out, however, the only truly midge proof mesh is No-See-Um. Unfortunately, this mesh isn't used in these shelters, but if you use the shelter in combination with repellant you shouldn't have any worries.

If you're sitting on low beach/concert style chairs then you should be ok, however, the peak head height in the centre is only 140cm, so as the sides taper down, you'll find you won't be able to sit on a standard height chair.

I've just tried the Zempire Speedy Stretcher Bed inside the Speedy Mozzie shelter and I can confirm that it fits. The length was right on the limit though so if your stretcher is longer than 190cm it might be pushing it.
