The Speed Lite 30 by Deuter packs a backpack-punch from the slopes to the summit.
Owing to padded shoulder straps, snug hip fins, and an adjustable sternum belt – this backpack is comfortable, ergonomic, and makes light of the heavy endeavours. Swagger up the slopes thanks to compression straps for stability, reducing the wobble of your load and enabling extensive movement so you can kick it to the crest with little need to readjust. Stash the knick-knacks in the two side pockets, while the shoulder strap crannies enable you to keep the smartphone handy too. Get a grip on your walking poles too, thanks to the pole holder – and external attachment loops mean you can keep a handle on your helmet too.
The Deuter Speed Lite 30 Hiking Backpack is built light for those fast-paced, heavy endeavours.
Padded shoulder straps for ergonomic fit
Snug hip fins
Load adjustment straps
Flexible V-frame for load transferring to hip fins
Hi there, does the chest strap pocket fit an iPhone 14 in easily? Thanks

G'day Brendan,
We've got a iPhone 14 Pro here in a case that fits, albeit tightly. You shouldn't have any issues with the normal iPhone 14.
Hope that helps!

Adjustable for torso size?1 answer
Just wanted to know if this pack is adjustable for a shorter torso?
Gina - Mountain Creek, QLD (2 months ago)
G'day Gina,
No, its not. Being a day pack, it has a simple harness structure which is a fixed size & cant be shortened or lengthened. There is a fair few adjustment points which can help with the fit of the shoulder straps, so you should be able to adjust it to a certain extent, and still find it comfortable.
