Staff tip:Before you strut your stuff, we want to reassure you that it is normal to initially experience sore feet from your new Birkenstocks. This happens while your feet adjust to the contours of the footbed. We recommend you break them in slowly: an hour or two at first, before increasing the wear time according to your comfort. Avoid exposing the cork footbed to water or extreme heat too, e.g. by leaving your Birkenstocks in direct sunlight for extended periods, or closed inside a vehicle on a hot day.

Narrow v regular?1 answer
Just wanted to double check - are these definitely the Birkenstock narrow fit? As opposed to Birkenstock regular fit? Their regular is too wide, so wanted to be 100% sure before I click buy!

G'day Kylie,
Yep! They sure are. A hot tip with identifying this for the future, the small footprint logo of the cork footbed will be an outline for regular width, and solid for narrow fit. If in doubt, just check the images for the little logo. Hope that helps!
