Dishwasher safe1 answer
Is the can cap safe to wash in the dishwasher?
Mondo - Warragul, VIC (6 months ago)
G'day Mondo,
You would be ok to pop these in the top rack of your dishwasher and as long as it's not extra hot these shouldn't melt or have any issues.

Thread diameter1 answer
What’s the cap/thread diameter? Just wondering if it’s the standard drink bottle 28mm?
Wayne - Goulburn, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Wayne,
Its abit bigger at 33mm. We have a variety of bottles here for demos in our fridges, and it's a fair bit bigger than the standard soft drink/water bottle size.

How do you remove these?2 answers
I have just bought some of these and tried one out for size on an unopened 375ml can. It fits very tightly! Is there a trick to removing these or do you need to crush the can a little to remove the capp?
Chris - Bongaree(4 years ago)
G'day Chris,
The general recommendation for these Snap Capps is to crush the can a little once empty to break the seal so you can remove it from the top. They're a pretty close fit to ensure a good seal with no leaks, so just be sure to open your can before attaching, and crushing the can a little once empty to remove.

These are made for American size cans, they only hold 330mls as compared to Australian 375ml cans. Thus, they are a very tight fit! Be careful when fitting and crush can a little before removing. God Bless America for keeping flies out of my beer LoL!
