I'm considering this as a table for my boat cockpit and the legs will need to fit in an area of just shy of 70cm. It appears that the legs do not extend past the edges of the table. Can you confirm the footprint of the legs?
G'day Tim,
On its lowest height setting the table has a footprint of 67cm².
If you adjust higher that footprint will increase slightly as the legs are on a tapered angle.
Hope that helps!
Hi there! We have Cascade 5 chairs. Would we be able to sit at this table and get our knees underneath the yellow cross pieces at the standard dining table height?
G'day Bev,
I don't have both of these on display here to test out for you, but I can give you the height of the yellow cross struts which should help.
When the table is at its highest setting the cross strut measures 55cm from the ground at the leg and 65cm at the x point.
I'm not sure that that will give you enough room, you might be able to sit up to the table, but I don't think you will be able to tuck underneath.
the dimensions indicate this table top is square - but the pictures it looks rectangular topped
G'day Connie,
I think the perspective of the images might make this a little confusing, I can confirm that the Slate Table is square.
None
G'day David,
The Slat Table can be 70cm at it's shortest, and 85cm at its highest, to there is 15cm of leg length adjustment. You could possibly put it on a slight slope if needed.
I am looking for a compact lightweight table that does not take up too much space in the back of the car. Thanks
G'day Mark,
Yes, this table has a roll-up top and foldable frame. The packed dimensions and weight are correct.
Weigh < 14 kgs.
G'day Neil,
Yes, the Oztrail Slat Table is a great option for a Weber Baby Q. They have a 30kg weight capacity, so you'll have plenty of spare weight for some hefty steaks! Just make sure you pop your gas bottle on the ground so it doesn't topple you over the weight rating for the table.
Is this suitable for the Gasmate Voyager Portable BBQ? Wondering if the tabletop would fit the BBQ and whether the gas hose would reach a 4kg gas bottle that’s on the ground.
G'day Hamish,
This table is large enough for the Bbq but is a fairly lightweight table so is not as sturdy as some of our other tables. The hose for the Voyager is 1200mm long and would be long enough to reach a 4kg gas bottle.
Can the legs be adjusted to any height? I’m after a table 50cm tall
G'day Andrea,
Yes they can :) I've just taken a look at our display table and done a couple of quick measurements. With the legs extended the table has a max height of 85cm and lowers to 70cm. The legs can be adjusted to any height between that 15cm range simply by loosening/tightening the locking thread mechanism. Cheers
I'm looking for a stable table to put a 2 burner butane cooker and /or a small microwave.
G'day Neill,
I've just double checked and the Slat Table with Adjustable Legs is connected along the side with small swivel locks, which eliminates the need to shock cord or string.
Hi just seeing if this would be sturdy enough for a Ziggy BBQ
G'day Leah,
We're not too familiar with that particular unit, but you shouldn't have any trouble using the OZtrail Slat Table with a small portable BBQ.
