Don’t let sweat and oil soak into your sleeping bag. All that grime makes your investment less efficient and a bit smelly, and it’s hard enough to clean anyway! Instead, use a lightweight Roman Silktex liner.
With a mummy shape that slides neatly inside your tapered sleeping bag, these liners will protect your bag and are much easier to throw in the wash after your trip.
Made from soft touch Silktex fabric and complete in its own carry/storage bag, the Roman liners are an affordable and effective way of keeping your sleeping bag in tip-top shape.

Traveling through northern Spain this year and bed bugs can be a problem, silk liners are recommended to combat the pest. Would this liner be as good?
G'day Michael,
Silktex isn't silk, it's actually a polyester that it made to feel like silk, so it won't have the natural repellent properties of actual silk. We do sell silk sleeping bag liners that you may find reduces the likelihood of bed bugs, however, the most effective method is to stick to well-reputed hostels that don't let travellers use their own bedding, as the bugs are generally spread between places by travellers own bedding. If you're after a Silk Liner in a mummy shape we can recommend the Sea to Summit Silk Travel Liner - Mummy Tapered which is made from premium grade ripstop silk.
