I've just checked Sea to Summit's specs, and yes you should be able to easily fit a normal sized bed pillow in the insert of this liner.

We haven’t tried this ourselves but looking at the specs of the Silk and Cotton Liner – Traveller, it measures 225cm long x 92cm wide, and the Aeros Premium Deluxe is 56cm long x 36cm wide so the pillow should fit in the liner really well.
