I have just tried a pair US11W Vasque Breeze II in the Large Shoe Bag. They just fit, with a bit of a squeeze, so if you've got the Breeze model you should be ok.

Are these bags able to hold wet/dirty shoes and keep the moisture contained so it does not make other things wet?
Also can this bag be hung up with the shoes in it?

Yes you can put wet/dirty shoes in the Sea to Summit Shoe Bags. They're not totally waterproof due to the zips and seams though so I'd recommend giving them a wipe down first to get any excess moisture off. They can be hung up using the hang tab at either end.
