Is this the elastic inside poles?1 answer

I need to repair some poles (following the helpful guide on your blog - thanks!) that have elastic/shockcord inside hollow fibreglass sections that have metal ?ferrules. Is this the right stuff? I’d choose the same diameter as my original poles’ cord.

G'day Lisa,

It sure is, we find most poles will take the 3mm, or 6mm depending on the thickness of the fibreglass poles. Just make sure you buy a piece long enough to fit the entire length of your pole.
