Hello, how would you rate this knife compared to the little Victorinox folding knife you also sell? Would this one cope with chedder or chorizo?
G'day Anthea,
Both knives would have no issues chopping up basic firm foods, its harder things like pumpkin that they're not up to that task on.
Basically exactly like you would expect from a paring knife in your home kitchen.
The main difference between the two is that the Victorinox is serrated, and can fold in half for a compact size - these would be your considerations when making a choice, because performance in terms of what they can/can't cut will be similar.
