As far as we know there isn't a replacement just for the material section of the awning, however if you get in touch with Oztrail Spare Parts they might have some options available for you.

If you pop "Roof Rack L Bracket" into google you'll get a good idea of what the L brackets look like. Unfortunately, we don't have an installation manual, however, the awnings themselves are supplied with an installation manual. Essentially the long side of the L will mount to your awning, and the short side will bolt into the rail on top of your roof rack (depending on the brand of rack / platform you have).

Yes the Oztrail RV Shade Awning 2.5M is grey in colour.

These come with steel 'L' brackets, Claire, and they can be mounted anywhere, but some customisation is usually needed for each situation. The available availability of mounting points on your pop-top caravan will depict if/how you can mount the awning, you may need to make up some custom brackets to suit.

I can't offer much more info without seeing your set-up sorry.

Theoretically, the RV Shade Awning will fit any vehicle as long as the vehicle specifications allow for it. They are supplied with an L Bracket which typically attaches into your roof racks, but make sure you check the weight specifications for the roof of your vehicle including roof racks, the awning and all the brackets.

Theoretically, the Oztrail RV Shade Awning 2.5m will fit your 2 door Rav 4. The come with L-brackets so you'd need a way to attach it to your car via the roof racks or possibly the side rails depending on your accessory set up. If you're not too sure you'd be best getting it fit professionally.

From the research I've done, I can see that you'll have no worries at all putting an Oztrail RV Shade Awning 2.5M on your Toyota Hiace.

To mount the Oztrail RV Shade Awning, you'll need a channel at the end of your bars to attach the bracket to. Ideally, this will be done easier if you can slot the bracket in from the end of the bars.
