Just tried these out and the Leki tips do fit on the Elemental Poles. The Elemental tips do have a little metal washer inside which helps this stay in place, the internal part of the Leki rubber tip is slightly different and doesn't have this. But they will fit on the pole securely.

We wouldn't be sure on this one as we don't have the Fizan poles to test this. May be best to bring your poles in-store to double-check. So far we know they only fit the Leki poles.

These rubber tips, the Leki Powergrip Rubber Tip Pads Pair and other rubber tips will all help with shock absorption on hard tracks compared to the regular carbide tips. 

This would reduce the shock and vibration and help save your wrists.

Leki Rubber Tips fit over fit over the end of all Leki Carbide or Steel Flex Tip.  This includes all Trekking poles, including Micro folding poles.

You're spot on, these would be great to help prevent the tips of your walking poles slipping in between the boards.
