Is this thick enough to get really hot and have an even heat for cooking steaks nicely?

G'day Matt,
I've just double checked with our display model and can confirm the thickness of the Campfire Round Fry Pan 30cm is: .5cm in width and is suitable for any type of cooking including cooking the perfect steak. Just place the pan over an even flame and let it get nice and hot before you put the steak on.

Compatible with Primus?1 answer
Is this pan suitable to use on the Primus 2 Burner High Output Stove? or would the 25cm be a better fit on this particular stove?

G'day Ashley,
I've just taken both a 30cm and 25cm Campfire Round Fry Pan to the Primus High Output Stove to see which fits better. You can definitely use the 30cm pan but I fear that you won't be able to fit anything on the second flame if you do as it overhands the middle of the stove a fair bit. I think you'd probably be better suited going for the 25cm if you're wanting to use both flames.
