Yes, this will fit in the MT45F-G4-P fridge.

This basket won't fit the MT-V45FC Combi as the internal dimensions are slightly different as there is extra moulding in this fridge compared to the regular MT-V45F 40L. May be best to contact Engel direct to see if that's something they can get in.

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to get your hands on a replacement basket for your MRFT540B. We regularly hold baskets for the MT/MT-V range, and the MR40F, however, there are no baskets listed on the Engel parts list for the MRFT models. You could reach out to Engel Australia and see if they're sitting on any very old stock in their warehouse, but it might be a long shot I'm afraid. 

Yes, they are suitable for the new MTV models, Dylan, the internal dimensions are the same between the MT and the MTV models.
