Hi, is there just one 'D' ring on the panel? If so, is this strong enough to attach to a backpack while hiking...? Thanks

G;day Stuart,
Yep, there's just the one D ring & its definitely strong enough to suspend the panels - thats what its aimed for. In terms of hanging off a backpack, just bare in mind it's about 55cm long opened up. Ideally you'd want that whole length supported against the pack, not flapping off the bottom, so just ensure the pack is long enough. Hope that helps.
